We’ve worked diligently to find the most qualified, professional cleaners to refer to you and would like to share with you some of the tips for a successful working relationship.

  •  Determine your priorities.  The independent cleaners we refer are able to custom tailor the cleaning to YOUR needs & preferences. Feel free to provide a priority list for your cleaner and leave notes if you are not at home.
  •  Communication is key. We recommend a walk-through of you home on the cleaner’s initial visit, familiarizing them with areas, such as:

o   Communication center for notes, payments, etc.

o   Where to take the garbage

o   How to secure the premises, key arrangements

o   Use of laundry facilities, dishwashers

o   Use & location of tools, accessories, vacuum replacement bag storage

o   Any other issues unique to your household

  •  It’s all about the right match.  In our experience, no one cleaner makes all clients happy. Both cleaners & clients have their own personal style & at times it takes trying a few different cleaners before finding the one who fits your needs. That’s what we’re here for.
  • Be realistic. While we’d love to promise you that you’d have the same wonderful cleaner forever, the reality is that circumstances change. People change careers, move, have families. You can count on us doing our best to meet these changes in a way that has the least impact on your service.
